Vegas, day 3 (5/13/07)

This was the view from our hotel room at The Wynn... SO pretty!

After sleeping in a bit, we all got ready for Mother's Day breakfast (as did the rest of the hotel guests!). Dr. C (JP's dad) and I walked downstairs to wait in line while JP and M (JP's Mom) finished getting ready. After about 25 minutes, we were seated at this really neat couch-like booth. We celebrated with rasberry champagne and a peach belini, along with our normal breakfast meal.

Then we walked around The Wynn to see all of the neat features - everything was so elegantly decorated. Not a detail was left undone, as you can see by the bathrooms and even the drinking fountain that had decorations on it!

Just outside, we walked through an arched entryway into the pool area, with cabanas, a bikini bar, European bathing and a gorgeous pool set-up. It was pretty neat!

It was pretty warm outside, so we ventured back indoors to look at all the neat shops - this one was my favorite with the chocolate. Just amazing what they can do with that product! :) After walking around the steps, we decided to hang out by the waterfalls and drink lemonade and eat ice cream for lunch... It was neat just to sit and talk and we were all kinda beat from walking around all weekend, so it really ended up being perfect... On our way back through the hotel, we found a really neat gambling room that my dad would have LOVED and JP got a chance to get his shoes shined. He was so cute. :) It's one of those things he's always wanted to do... :)

After M & Dr.C took off, JP and I went back to see a few more things... we may have gotten a little distracted... :) We watched the Bellagio water show and toured around Caesar's Palace as well as a few other hotels. Lots of fun and my favoritest trip ever! :)
